I'm a Nutritional Therapist in Cheshire, with a BSc (Hons) in Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine, and I'm passionate about helping people understand the connection between nutrition, lifestyle and their health.
My own journey into nutrition began more than 10 years ago, back home in Australia.
For as long as I can remember, I'd experienced gastrointestinal issues and often struggled to understand why I didn't feel quite right. It wasn't until a chance appointment with a Naturopath that I began to look at my health from a different perspective.
I started exploring how certain foods and lifestyle factors might be contributing to the way I was feeling. I made changes to my diet and, over time, noticed improvements in my digestion, energy levels and overall wellbeing.
That experience sparked a much deeper interest in nutrition and the role it can play in health. I began researching and learning more about nutrition and lifestyle, and eventually decided to turn that interest into a career.
I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to health.
We are all individuals, with different health histories, lifestyles, circumstances and goals. What works well for one person may not be right for another.
As a Nutritional Therapist, I take time to understand the bigger picture of your health — looking at your symptoms alongside your diet, lifestyle, health history and individual goals.
My approach is personalised and evidence-based, with a focus on practical changes that can fit into your everyday life.
I'm not about restrictive diets or chasing the latest health trend. Instead, I want to help you develop a positive relationship with food and lifestyle changes that are realistic, enjoyable and sustainable.
My own experience taught me how frustrating it can be when you know something isn't quite right, but don't know where to turn.
That's why I'm passionate about providing personalised support and helping people make sense of their own health.
Whether you're experiencing persistent health concerns, struggling with symptoms you don't fully understand, or simply looking to improve your overall wellbeing, my aim is to help you make sense of your health. Together, we'll explore the bigger picture and identify practical, personalised steps to help you feel more informed, empowered and confident about supporting your health.
