My individual nutritional therapy consultations offer personalised nutrition and lifestyle support for people who want to better understand their health, address ongoing health concerns or take a more proactive approach to their wellbeing.
Based in Cheshire, I take a personalised, evidence-informed approach that considers your symptoms, health history, nutrition, lifestyle and individual goals.
Your Initial Consultation gives us time to explore your health in depth, helping us build a clearer picture of the factors that may be influencing how you feel and identify areas to focus on.
Further consultations provide an opportunity to review your progress, discuss any challenges, refine your recommendations and build on the changes you're making.
Whether you're looking for support with a specific concern or want to better understand your overall health, each consultation is tailored to you and your everyday life.
90 minutes | £150
Your initial consultation is where we begin to build a detailed picture of your health, lifestyle and individual needs.
Before we meet, you'll complete a comprehensive health questionnaire covering your medical history, current symptoms, diet, lifestyle, medications, supplements and health goals. This helps me understand your background and prepare for our time together.
What we'll explore
During your consultation, we'll take time to look beyond individual symptoms and consider the different factors that may be influencing your health, including:
Your current symptoms and health concerns – exploring what you're experiencing, when symptoms started and how they affect your everyday life.
Your health and medical history – considering previous health concerns, diagnoses, family history and relevant medical investigations.
Your diet and nutritional habits – looking at your eating patterns, food choices, dietary variety and nutritional intake.
Your lifestyle and wellbeing – exploring sleep, stress, movement, work and other everyday factors that may influence your health.
Current medications and supplements – reviewing what you're currently taking and considering their relevance to your individual circumstances.
Your health goals and priorities – understanding what matters most to you and what you'd like to achieve.
Developing your personalised approach
Rather than focusing on individual symptoms in isolation, we'll look at the bigger picture of your health and explore the factors that may be relevant to how you're feeling.
Following your assessment, I'll bring together the information we've discussed to identify the key areas to focus on.
You'll receive personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your needs, goals and everyday life. Where appropriate, this may also include supplement considerations and recommendations for further investigation with your GP.
The aim is to help you better understand your health, identify practical ways to support it and feel clearer about the steps you can take moving forward.
If ongoing support would be beneficial, we'll also discuss what this might look like and whether follow-up consultations would be appropriate.
60 minutes | £90
Follow-up consultations give us dedicated time to review your progress, explore what's working well and address any challenges as you continue putting your personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations into practice.
We'll look at:
Changes in your symptoms and how you're feeling
Progress towards your health goals
What's working well and where you may need further support
Challenges or barriers and practical ways to address them
Adjustments to your nutritional and lifestyle recommendations
Functional testing results, where appropriate
Your priorities and next steps
Your health and circumstances can change over time, so follow-up consultations allow us to review your approach, refine recommendations and build on your progress in a way that continues to work for you.
The aim is to help you feel supported, build confidence in the changes you're making and develop sustainable habits over time.
30 minutes | £45
Your final review consultation is an opportunity to reflect on your progress, recognise the changes you've made and plan how to maintain your nutrition and lifestyle habits going forward.
We'll discuss:
Your progress and any changes you've noticed
What has worked well and what you've learned
Any remaining challenges or questions
Your ongoing nutrition and lifestyle goals
Practical strategies to help you maintain your progress independently
We'll bring together what you've learned and identify realistic next steps, so you can move forward with greater confidence in maintaining the habits that support your health and wellbeing.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Health MOT
60 minutes | £97
A clearer picture of your health. Practical steps to help you move forward.
You want to look after your health, but with so much information out there, it can be difficult to know whether you're doing the right things or where to focus your efforts.
My Nutrition & Lifestyle Health MOT is an opportunity to take a step back and look at the bigger picture of your health. Together, we'll explore your current diet, lifestyle and health history to understand what's going well, where there may be room for improvement and which changes could make the biggest difference to you.
What we'll look at
Your health is influenced by more than just what you eat. That's why we'll consider the different factors that contribute to your overall health and wellbeing, including:
Your diet and nutritional intake – exploring your eating patterns, dietary variety and whether you're getting the nutrients you need.
Your lifestyle – looking at sleep, stress, movement and other everyday habits that may influence your health.
Your health history and current concerns – considering your symptoms, relevant medical history and any changes you've noticed.
Your existing blood results – reviewing relevant results, where available, to help put your nutritional and lifestyle picture into context.
This isn't about following a perfect diet or making unnecessary changes. It's about understanding your individual needs and identifying realistic ways to support your health.
What's included?
A comprehensive nutrition and lifestyle consultation
Before we meet, you'll complete a health questionnaire covering your health history, current concerns, medications, supplements, lifestyle and goals.
We'll use this information to guide our 60-minute consultation, giving us time to explore your current health, discuss what's important to you and identify potential areas to focus on.
A three-day food diary review
You'll record what you eat and drink over three days. I'll review your diary to explore your eating patterns, dietary variety, nutritional intake and areas where small changes could help you better meet your needs.
We'll also recognise what's already working well, so there's no need to start from scratch.
A review of existing blood results
If you have relevant blood test results, these can be considered alongside your health history, diet and lifestyle. This can help inform our discussion and highlight any areas that may warrant further investigation with your GP.
Your personalised action plan
Following your assessment, you'll receive a written action plan bringing together the key findings from our consultation and food diary review. It will highlight your nutritional strengths, areas for improvement and the priorities I'd recommend focusing on first.
You'll have practical, achievable steps to help you put these recommendations into practice, without feeling overwhelmed by trying to change everything at once.
Supplement recommendations, where appropriate
Supplements aren't automatically necessary, and more isn't always better. Where appropriate, I'll consider whether specific supplements may be beneficial based on your individual circumstances, dietary intake and assessment findings.
Any recommendations will be included in your plan, with supplements purchased separately at your own expense.
